COVID19 - New rules and precautions to protect our Guests

Good morning,
like all activities in the tourism and hospitality sector, both in Lombardy and Italy, we are waiting for confirmation on the next reopening date of May 4th.
We are also waiting to learn precise and detailed rules on how to carry out our work, putting our health and that of our Guests first.
We imagine that the influx of Italian tourists and, even more so, foreign tourists will probably be very low, so we want to focus on the safest way to manage those who need to stay overnight for work, to attend courses, or who need to be near the Manzoni Hospital.
During this period of closure we have not been idle, we have taken advantage of the beautiful days to do some spring cleaning, washed and sanitized curtains, duvets, bedspreads, and sheets.
These measures will become our new routine, rooms and bathrooms will be further cleaned and sanitized using specific products.
The main doubt remains about the most critical point, breakfast; if no particular provisions arrive, we will have to serve breakfast absolutely avoiding self-service or, even better, serving it in the room.
In short, we will not fail to maintain the familiarity and hospitality you have always found in our Bed & Breakfast; a mask and a missed handshake will not make you feel like just a customer, but a welcome Guest.
