CHRISTMAS LIGHTS IN LECCO

Finally, on November 23rd, the long-awaited Christmas lights arrived in Lecco!
In recent years, the competition with its big sister Como has been felt more and more each year... the harsh comparison with the capital Como is finally diminishing and the first feedback is coming from the Lecco Merchants' Association, which reports an increase in visitors and Christmas shopping in the city center.
To complete the Lecco atmosphere of this Christmas 2019, a large ice skating rink has been set up in Piazza Garibaldi, where you can also admire, in the same square, a new, modern, and bright Christmas tree. In Piazza Cermenati, on the other hand, you can find the market set up in the characteristic wooden houses.
In the main Piazza XX Settembre, at the Palazzo delle Paure, you can visit the art exhibition dedicated to the Macchiaioli.
Art, atmosphere, and fun are at home in Lecco this year. Merry Christmas!
